I made this back at the beginning of summer for my sweet little sister. I bought this seersucker at Walmart for 50 cents a yard a couple yeards ago. When I bought it, I said, “I’ll make summer dresses for Elsie with this!” and so I did… two years later. ๐Ÿ˜›
I made it out of exactly 22″ of the 45″ wide fabric. I utilized every little scrap and I was thrilled to not waste any cute fabric!
I just measured around her at two points and used that to create gores/princess seams  that flare at the bottom. The sleeves are just strips of fabric, too.
Along the bottom I stitched a little trim using my trusty crochet thread and a needle.
And the back has a bow.
I just love little girl clothes. ๐Ÿ™‚
