Happy Thanksgiving, y’all! One of the biggest hindrances to dressing ethically/organically is cost. Even though the more expensive items tend to be better in the long run, it can be challenging to afford them now. Thankfully for us, one weekend a year even organic clothing websites slash their prices, making it plenty affordable to dress conscientiously. (Which, if you realize what goes into making an article of clothing is amazing and totally awesome of them to do, so let’s support them!!) I thought I’d share with you the ethical clothing sites I’m watching for major sales this holiday season(at the risk of y’all buying up their inventory before I get to it! :-p).

Pact: I have a long sleeved shirt, their boyshort underwear, and organic cotton socks and love them ALL. The shirt has lasted so much better than any other cotton shirt I’ve had that I plan on buying several more tomorrow. According to an email I got this morning, the sales tomorrow (30-70% off) will bring their products into the price range of department store clothing! (Be aware they display big images of bodies in underwear on their website :))

Fair Indigo: Even not-on-sale for the ethical and quality standards this company has, their prices are amazing. They have super cute dresses, coats, modest skirts, men’s, and baby clothing!  I’m hoping they have a good sale tomorrow because I really want this dress!

Threads for Thought: I took advantage of their sales last Black Friday and ordered a knit dress and skirt. I loved the quality, but unfortunately they fit a little snug so I only wore the dress a few times before realizing I just wasn’t comfortable in it. This year I’ll order a size up! 🙂 They’ve already announced their sales and it’s 40% off site-wide! I have a hoodie of theirs that I LOVE from ThredUP and a tank that holds up so much better than the super cheap-o ones from Forever21.

The Healthy Farm Girl: This isn’t a clothing site, but Malinda makes amazing natural body products and I always stock up on Black Friday. Every product I’ve ever tried has been awesome!

Well, my laptop battery is dying and the whole family is out playing hide-and-go-seek with the nieces and nephews, so I’ll talk to y’all again soon! If you know of any ethical clothing websites with sales this weekend, I’d LOVE to hear!

Have a great day!
